Whoof everyone. Today the theme for Photo Hunters is Clouds! I "borrowed" this pikture from Mom 'Bean's collection, arf arf arf. She was at my Auntie M's cabin on Mable Lake one day and the family went out of the boat. That's when she took this pikture. Nice, white, puffy clouds.

Whoof everyone. Today the theme for Photo Hunters is Water! Today I'm gonna show you some piktures of water in the Kootenays from when Mom and I went there last year. We sure wish we could go again, but this year Mom had to put a new clutch in the truck. Oh well, maybe next year!

This is the bridge on the one arm of Kootenay Lake where Nelson is. we drove across this bridge in and out of Nelson when we went to visit woof Claire and her friends Deborah Anne and Peter.

Whoof! I took this pikture of myself. It's hard to take piktures when yur a dog, 'specially when you gotta hold the camera out woof one paw to take the pikture of yurself.
Okay... so I'm spoofin' you. I didn't take it of myself. Mom (a.k.a. Menagerie Mom, a.k.a. Alice, a.k.a. Mom 'Bean) took it and a bunch of other ones. I don't like my pikture taken so I wouldn't stay still, so it was real hard fur Mom 'Bean to take 'em and get one usable. This one has some parts a bit blurry, but oh well, arf arf.
I really think I gots to color those white whiskers... sheesh!

Notice my letter "J" above here. See that Eeyore is standing by the "J"?!! Did you know that Eeyore is a Jackass? Well, according to the dictionaries, he is.

So okay, lets go woof Jackass fur our word today. It's not a swear word, I know cuz it wouldn't be in the dictionary if it was a bad word. Like, fur example, F*** is not in the dictionary. Arf, arf, arf.


Here's two Jackasses!! One loved Mom in moments... the other one didn't and that's why I thinks him is a jackass. You guess which is which.

The jackass that got left behind brayed and brayed, very unhappy that Mom was leaving woof the other jackass. I wasn't woof them, I was at home across the lake, and I could here "Jack" from there. "Jack" was moved from this field soon after these piktures was taken last June, and still Mom looks fur him every time she drives by there. She really liked him.

As fur the other jackass... Mom invited him and a bunch of other peoples to go to her church's Christmas Candle Light Service where Mom was singing and doing some of the talking. It was a pretty big deal to Mom fur some reason. Out of all the peoples Mom invited, "he" was the only one that showed up. That's the good news... now the bad news. He brought a date!!!! Yup, he brought another wooman woof him, and yes, he knew how Mom felt about him. All night that wooman stared and glared at Mom while Mom was up preforming and such. Thank God Mom had good peoples there what picked up on what was happenin' and loved her enough to send her "Love Vibes" and kept her together. That's what peoples in her church is like. Mom hasn't talked to that jackass since then, a couple days before Christmas '07.

So... like I said... according to the Dictionaries, Eeyore is a Jackass, and so are these other two.

Being a dog and living in a house woof a bunch of other critters, I thought about posting piktures of Critters or Cockatiel or Chinchillas, then I decided to save things like that fur Camera Critters in case I run out of 'outside' critters and have to fall back on the ones here.

Here are some of Mom's weaknesses, and she loves them any time of the day or night.
Coca-Cola, be it in cans or bottles.

Chocolate ~ and Belgian Dark is the best!

I think it's past time fur Mom to get a farm. She has lots of critters, and here's a new Cow.

Hold on a minute... I'll be right back... it's time fur me to go outside fur a pee.

Now it`s time fur me to go eat my cookie and go to bed.

Welcome to this weeks Photo Hunters. Today the theme word is heavy. I thought about showing you a picture of Shadow, but... well... "he's not heavy, he's my brother"... so I decided to show you this one. It was taken at Auntie Colleen's house. That's me and my 'cousin' Goose. Goose is a good dog, but a light weight compared to me... so I'm heavy compared to him.

Thanks for coming to visit our blog this week for Photo Hunters. We, Shadow and I, hope you come visit us often. We wish you a joy filled week.

NOTICE: it seems that I gave some of you the wrong idea. I am HEAVY.... I am NOT FAT!! Muscle weighs more than fat, and I have a lot of muscle. I happen to be the perfect weight for a Rottweiler, big and solid. I'm not some "fru fru" poodle or something.

Being a dog, I like dog food and liver, so I personally plan regular visits to Prophix. They can help larger kennels with business process management, or bpm.

The 'word' for today is narrow. The wheel base on this 1905 Oriental Buckboard is very narrow. It's got a tiny motor in the back. The tires and the seat are also very narrow. Mom & I saw this at a car show last May, and she took these piktures.

Chinchillas are messy little animals... but Mom sure likes them and I guess they are kinda cute... so long as it's Mom that has to clean up after them. She has 5 of 'em, but I only got piktures of 3 of 'em to share her tonight.


Smudge in a bottle!
They like to bath in these and to sleep in them too.


Smudge by his front door, hoping he can scoot out while Mom has the door open. Chinchillas like to get out and run and play... and eat wires and all sorts of stuff they're not 'sposed to.

This is Daisy. She's an old gal, but still real fast when she has a chance to get out and play. Real hard to catch 'em when they do excape.

Daisy and Sheri here. They share an apartment. Mom has the door open and her hand right there to stop the girls from jumping out and running around the house chewing phone cords and such again. I think they're eying it up to see if they can make it without Mom catchin' 'em.
